I qualified in 2022 at Bedford College and have gained over 300 clinical practice hours. I am a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and as such, work within their ethical framework.

My qualifications are as follows:

  • Level 2 Introduction to Counselling Skills

  • Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills

  • Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Skills

  • CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling

  • ACTO Certificate in Online and Telephone Counselling

Prior to my counselling training, I was a volunteer with The Association for Post Natal Illness - supporting parents experiencing Post Natal Depression after recovering from the illness myself.

Whilst my training and continued professional development (CPD) are an essential foundation to my practice, I believe that the most important component to healing is the human to human connection between therapist and client. With this in mind, you will find my approach relaxed and informal - human first, therapist second.
